Drive change through the Collective Impact Initiative

The research:

  • Our State of the System report stated: “All of these reforms cannot be consistently achieved at scale by any one organisation within the sector. It will require a systemic and coordinated approach”.

What we are curious about:

  • Why don't organisations supporting children and young people with cancer and their families work more collaboratively?

  • How do we overcome the governance structures that inhibit innovation?

  • How can we work around the restrictions of the funding environment?

What we want to see happen:

  • Greater collaboration across the system

  • A boldness to embed innovation and try new things

  • Fostering a test-and-learn mindset

Why?

We believe the long-term wellbeing of children and young people with cancer and their families would be improved by…

  • fostering greater collaboration across the system and

  • embedding innovation and fostering a test-and-learn mindset across the system
